A Journey from the Pool to the Kitchen
I am Marc-Antoine OLIVIER, a French Olympic swimmer passionate about new challenges. My sports career has always driven me to strive for excellence, and this pursuit has led me to invest in a restaurant and create Le Paradis des Saveurs in Mauritius.
From Water to the Table
My journey as an athlete has allowed me to travel to the four corners of the globe, discovering diverse flavors and cultures. These experiences have fueled my passion for gastronomy, prompting me to create a place where I could share this passion.
A Family Adventure
I share this adventure with my brother and his wife, who bring their own passions and talents to the project. Together, we have a common goal: to make Le Paradis des Saveurs a place where every meal is an unforgettable experience.

At the head of our kitchen is Marie, whose passion and talent promise to offer you a unique culinary experience. Her creative use of local products and commitment to quality ensure tasty and memorable dishes.
